AWARDS & RECOGNITION

Joint Commission Approved

Our Center has earned the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for Nursing Care Center Accreditation by demonstrating compliance with its performance standards. The Gold Seal of Approval is a symbol of quality that reflects an organizations commitment to providing safe, effective patient and resident care. Our Center underwent a rigorous on-site survey. During the review, Joint Commission expert surveyors evaluated compliance with nursing care center standards related to several areas, including assistance with activities of daily living, coordination of care, staff education and training. Surveyors also conducted on-site observation interviews with leaders and staff of the organization.

CMS 5-Star Center Recognition

Our Center has received a Five Star Quality Measures rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). The Five-Star Quality Rating System is a tool to help consumers select and compare skilled nursing care centers.  Created by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in 2008, the rating system uses information from Health Care Surveys (both standard and complaint), Quality Measures, and Staffing. The Nursing Home Compare website features the rating system.

Google 4+ Customer Rating

Handling more than 5.4 billion searches per day, Google is the most used search engine on the World Wide Web. To help their algorithms sort through billions of web pages and provide the most relevant results to their users, Google provides consumers with an opportunity to leave a business review, which includes a rating from one star (poor) to five stars (excellent). Google then averages the ratings to determine an overall star rating.

Please run away from this wannabe facility. Nursing care is non- existence. Food I would not give to my dog. Physical therapy is another problem. You may get 1 hour/ day. If you have to go offsight, you have to take your life in your own hands. Lynx will leave you at the rehab and at whatever doctor you have an appointment with. Please don't send anybody you care about to this poor excuse for a rehab. If you are lucky, you might see a doctor once/ week, and never when you need to see them. Sleep??? Not when the nurses have their congregation outside your room. I can't stress strongly enough not to send anyone you know or even yourself. Horrible Horrible place. Accidentally gave this place 5 stars when it should have been a negative stars

My sister was at Parkview for 7 months for therapy and waiting to move to an assisted living facility. The staff at Parkview was kind, caring, professional and engaged. The work they do is challenging and often unappreciated. During her stay, my sister progressed from needing a wheelchair/walker to being fully mobile and able to dress and care for herself. Office staff, on floor nurses, therapists, and social workers were all wonderful. Some improvement in the food quality would be my only suggestion.
